NFL Senior Advisor

For the past ten years she served as a senior advisor to the National Football League’s EVP of football operations on major conduct and social issues including sexual assault, sexual harassment, race relations, domestic violence and gender equality. In 2010, she created the NFL’s first dedicated workplace policy guidelines on sexual harassment and workplace conduct standards for all active NFL players, coaches, clubs and employees.
